Nice flies Paco have you tried a upscaled version of the D&D for toothies yet ?
 
Yes I have. It's not the exact recipe. The materials max out trying to take it to a 5/0 platform but the dd head on a hangtime or bucktail game changer works.

Fist off....sorry for the bad phone pic.

I just got back into fly tying after I have been out of the game for a bit. These are size 14 Egan GTI Caddis on a Partridge Czech hook. I still need to work on tying in the scud back more straight and make sure my wraps are more even with the crystal flash and mono.

As the blue quill hatch will be coming before our eyes in a few months, what patterns do you guys use? I googled it to only find old catskill ties really.
 
Too cold to fish, so tying a few Starling and Claret flies up. I think It may be too close to the pheasant tail to offer any advantage.
