Tail - Barred wood duck flank
Body - Flat silver tinsel
Throat - Blue hackle fibers
Wing - Red saddle hackles flanked by yellow saddle hackles
Cheeks - Jungle fowl

The body is actually a piece of chartruese micro chenille.
A very interesting pattern. Anything else other than the CDC wing and head. Looks like maybe a bit of dubbing under there?

I find the chartreuse back end can make a real difference during the grannoms and this is kind of an amped up version of that - with a bit of cdc and elk vibe as well. Bet it catches fish when sinking a bit too.

No other materials - besides the chenille and cdc on that tie. The legs and thorax are tied in with a dubbing loop - I thought about including just a wisp of dark brown dubbing in the loop with the cdc for the thorax/legs. That might intensify the contrast just a bit more.
