Very nice..Black and purple bunny leech pattern - tied on a size 4 Gamakatsu B10S hook. Mainly tied as a pattern for prespawn Smallies here in PA, but might also find its way into the box for Pacific Salmon this summer in Alaska.

B10S sz 1.What hook are you tying that on?
A very interesting pattern. Anything else other than the CDC wing and head. Looks like maybe a bit of dubbing under there? The body is actually a piece of chartruese micro chenille.
No other materials - besides the chenille and cdc on that tie. The legs and thorax are tied in with a dubbing loop - I thought about including just a wisp of dark brown dubbing in the loop with the cdc for the thorax/legs. That might intensify the contrast just a bit more.A very interesting pattern. Anything else other than the CDC wing and head. Looks like maybe a bit of dubbing under there?
I find the chartreuse back end can make a real difference during the grannoms and this is kind of an amped up version of that - with a bit of cdc and elk vibe as well. Bet it catches fish when sinking a bit too.
