The Future in PA is Grim!

If fishermen want easements, than gather together push to perhaps use one of the stamps that has been created and gather enthusiasm for it and push the Pafbc to use the money for that .
Before 2004 there were no fishing easements in the state, no criteria for payment nor program for it.
It was fisher peoples in Erie County who fought for them and enlisted local businesses and local tourism board. The push the Pafbc.
Organize a group and make it large and then push the agenda. Numbers sway the commission. I pushed it along with my club and others in the area.
Individuals alone do not carry the weight of a large group.
A force divided with agendas tuned to wild vs stocked fly vs spin bait vs artificial will not get an easement program state wide. Nor will it create large mileages state wide, quickly.

Anyone know where this money went or is going?
