Tough choice because I have quite a few rods that I fish on a regular basis but:

Thomas & Thomas Supra Lite 7'-6" 4 weight graphite
Sage 480RP graphite
Sage 586LL graphite
TFO 7'-9" 3 weight built by Mike Marino

Leonard 7' 4 weight bamboo
Orvis 6'-6" 4 weight Flea bamboo
Thomas & Thomas Special Trouter 7' 4 weight bamboo

Whichever rod feels good in my hand that day and suits the water conditions. Oh, forgot to mention my Fenwick 7' 6 weight glass rod.

The best I could do to narrow it down a bit.

But I also love my 6' windscreen bamboo rod too
 
If I am nymph fishing which I am most of the time my go to rod is a Cortland 10 foot 5 weight "Brook" with a STH" Cayuga M" reel loaded with Scientific Anglers Nymphing line. For small streams my favorite is my Sage TXL 7' 4 weight with a matching Sage 3200 reel and Sage 4 weight "Quiet Taper" DT line. For all around use it's a tie between my Sage SLT 9' 5 weight with a Sage 2550 reel and my GL Loomis GL3 9' 6 weight with a Loomis Venture 7 reel. I have other rods but these are used the most. IMO variety is the spice of life. I get bored fishing the same rod all the time.

Never planned it this way, but my Albright Yellowstone 8' 5WT lives in my trunk and more often than not ends up in my hand paired with a BBSII. Got it as a backup rod, but it's so versatile I usually never switch to any of my specialist type rods. Got it for free when I bought a 9' 5WT at 70% off, figured some day I might use it once or twice. Funny how things work out. 9 footer broke the first time I used it. Use the 8 foot for everything.

I own many rods, some that I've paid upto $800. But my go to rod is a generic 8' 4 wt rod my 90 year old Dad built for me. Paid $20 for the blank paired up with a G Loomis Venture reel.
 
Dries = original Orvis graphite Far n Fine
nymph = 10' 4wt Helios
Steelhead = SaGe 99 7wt

 
My truck rod gets the most use... it's a Sage DS2 580-2 with a Galvan reel.
