Northern tier got a good 0.5” - 1” shot overnight/early morning. Some spots a little more even. Hopefully the stuff that’s in western PA now holds together and another 0.75” - 1” falls. It’ll screw up the big streams for a couple of days, but long term it’ll be good for flows to get some more water into the system before full leaf out. Once that happens, much less of the rainfall makes it to the aquifer.
