I presume the actual scissors are, but the steel is msot certainly branded Pakistan.

As I think I said earlier in the thread, that always gives me pause whenever I see it. I assume its from growing up in the shadow of the former Bethlehem Steel mills, now a rusting brownfield and (can you believe this!) a budding casino!
