And I came back, indeed! Got my first pair of Lackawanna big browns (probably 18-19 inches?). Not the monsters people were talking about here, but still fun to catch on a 2 weight euronymphing rod. Don't tell anyone about this river! 😂

I think the issue with you, was your timing. Fishing it when water temps were awful. Good luck
