Making dubbing is quite satisfying. This is my go to dry in size 12. I used to use superfine or muskrat. This mix is a bit darker than both. The tails are white nylon paint brush bristles striped with a marker.

Yes — very well, right flush with the film …. Dusting with ‘magic dust’ … and fluffing it up real nice. When caddis are popping …. Fish rising with no visible flies on the water …. This one has saved the day for me. It’s a intense drift
