My wife and I have been working hard to get our house ready to list for sale, so I haven’t tied in over a month. Not sure what I was going for here, but I have had success with mop flies tied in similar colors. I think these turned out pretty fishy and can’t wait to try ‘em out!

I hope this looks okay. I'm not seeing much out of my right eye and my doctors are working to correct my eyesight
You weren't out of commision too long! Nice Work!

Thanks. Now if I can only get the WhiteOut off my computer screen!

I’ve been getting into Stimmie tying mode recently. The only thing I don’t like about tying them is the ridiculous amount of static electricity in the air makes working with the deer hair way more challenging, but it seems this is always the time of year that I get into spinning them up. Here is a size 10 Olive Stimulator. All of the hackle on this one was from saddles that I just recently purchased from @mt_flyfisher. Thanks, John!

I mixed some sulphur dubbing yesterday and am now working on some nymphs and emergers. I tried some split back emergers. This is far from perfect, and it’s amazing how many imperfections you notice when you take a photo, but I’m hoping the fish won’t be as discerning.
