I do not know the color. I got a piece of Arctic fox at a Project Healing Waters give away and there was no packaging. Tied this color up to try and imitate a Lake Erie Shiner, used for Steelhead.
 
A few Whitlock Schulpins tied from his original recipe 2/0 low water Salmon hook,
Tail: 12 American Rooster cape feathers, Underbody: heavily weighted 😎
Body: Whitlock blend , ? ( got from him )
Pectoral fins: pheasant
Head: 2 stacks of white, natural, black, brown, black and olive
Eyes: 3 mm plastic
