Clouser Swimming Nymph in carp flavor tied on a size 10 Mustad C53S hook. I’m not totally sure that this hook will actually hold a good carp but I’m willing to give it a shot.

I sling a lot of wets too. Here is my version of the Orange Fish Hawk. I substitute hen RN pheasant for the hackle rather than the badger hen of the original.

Sulphurs are not usually a big part of my fishing in the Adirondacks, either because they are scarce or I'm not out for the right evening hatch. Today, though, the little stocked stream closest to my job was popping with something sulphur or light Cahill-ish during a cold, rainy late afternoon. Got em on parachute sulphurs and some nymphs with orange cdc, but might as well have something lighter in color in the box
