We had a couple of silkie roosters. One was white and the other white with gray/brown. They had names but I referred to them as fluff and dirty fluff. Whoever my wife got them from told her that, unlike most roosters, these could live in harmony. It turns out that wasn't true and one ended the other. I don't know why I didn't harvest any feathers but I should have.
