Spotted Lantern Flies?

I always wondered what those would be like….. thanks for taking one for the team…… we now have no need to put that experience on the bucket list.

It tasted like mud which the eggs are buried in to preserve them.

Not the nastiest thing I ever ate, but definitely the ugliest...
