Sage ESN reel “Click”

Hello all,

I recently purchased an ESN reel second hand for a great price. The reel works fine, but there isn’t a click when line is coming on or off the spool. If you put your ear to it there may be a faint sound.

Is this normal? I remember them having an audible click?
