what I'm seeing is that the railroad bed is NOT owned by the property owner.

back from the dead - is the coburn and/or ingleby area (above or below) worth checking out? Both from a public access perspective but also a fishing perspective? I've mostly fished cherry run and poe paddy areas

I've been fishing the Ingleby area the last few years. My buddy owns the last cabin on the stream heading upstream. Nice water but haven't done as well as some downstream areas. Granted the weekends up there have been more early and late season so we don't see the good hatches. The fish seem smaller as well. Especially this year.
