Large Streamer Leader Recommendations

Never bought them already made, trout use 20lb mono to 6lb. Muskie I use for big streamers 50lb mono to heavy fluoro or metal leader.

Like 20lb to 6lb to taper the same leader, or 20lb to 6lb range of leaders depending on size of trout/streamers?

Largest streamer would probably be an articulated size 2 with a brass cone and some sort of fur strip

Or should I go heavier as you suggested (20-25) for that size streamer

for leader to tippet or leader butt section to leader?

I used to just use knots, itll work, but if you throw big deer heads they will twist and make it a thing after a while - hence the swivel and allows for easy changeout of thrashed tippet.

Leader to leader, whatever knot you know, just make sure its seated well.

Both. Probably should use blood knot for butt to leader (past time I finally learned how) and 3x surgeons for leader to tippet?
