How Many Rods in Your Quiver?

I have 17 or 18 fly rods. All but three, I built. I estimate I've built around 24 rods. Broke a few and sold some.

13'9" full spey (675+ grain window)
10 wt single hand
6 wt single hand
11'-8" switch rod 375-575 grain window {6wt}
11' switch rod 250-425 Grain window {5wt}
4 wt 8' single hand

I have
3 7'6" 4wt....built 1 of them
1 8' 5wt....,built it
3 9' 4wt......built 1 of them
3. 9' 5wt

A 9' 7wt (for streamers) and an 8' 5wt bamboo (just because I can) are on the winter build list.

I added a 7'6" 4wt Superfine Glass rod to my collection a month ago. I think that put me up to 11 now

I feel like I'm approaching that threshold where I have enough to cover all the fishing that I do, but not too many that each one doesn't get out every year. Still, feels like I'm close to needing to pare down soon (sold a few 4 wts earlier this year already).

Orvis Recon 7'6" 2wt - given from my fishing mentor, sentimental value
Marryat Tactical Pro Nymph Special 11' 6" 3wt - ESN rod
Winston LT 8' 9" 4wt - 5 piece backpacking rod for longer trips
Winston BIIX 8' 6" 4wt - nice rod for my local freestone waters
Winston Pure 2 7' 9" 5wt - current obsession, love this rod
Orvis Graphite 7' 9" 5wt - Made in December 1976, an "OG"
Asquith 9' 0" 5wt - All Rounder/Does it All
Livingston Western Glass 8' 6" 6wt - Currently for sale!
Taylor Destiny 9' 0" 6wt
Hardy Marksman Z 9' 0" 7wt - wading salt
Asquith 9' 0" 8wt - boat salt
Winston Air 2 Max 9' 0" 8wt - boat salt
C. F. Burkheimer 10' 0" 8wt - salmon/steelhead rod

Currently eyeing up upgrading my 6wt for a couple Upper Delaware trips I have booked for this Spring.

Cheers all
