FS is a piece of Penna. fly fishing history

[bugs4]

For sale is a mint, vintage Hardy LRH reel that belonged to George Harvey with George's autograph on the original box. Back in 1989 when I acquired the reel, I put a line on it, fished with it for a couple of hours and then into the gun safe it went. How much George used it I cannot say but it is in excellent condition. The story of how I came to own this reel is too long to type. Price is $350 firm. I will ship at the buyer's expense but much prefer to do a FTF deal. I live in Centre County and will drive a reasonable distance and meet halfway.

Thanks for looking,
Mike (central Penna.)

If I weren't an old timer heading for the last round-up myself, I would go after that reel. It really would be a nice memento of Harvey and fly-fishing's past.
