OK. Looks like if you fish on SGLs you must wear 250 inches of FO starting Oct 1 and during the spring Turkey season.

The officer states a hat is enough but thats not the rule. Another officer may (will) see it differently ( easy citation).

I may have missed it, but the regs seem to include only State Game Lands. I hike daily at Lackawanna SP where some sections are not only open to hunting, they are stocked with pheasants. This should apply to those areas as well.
