The wife and I both get leg cramps in bed at night on occasion.
Always thought it odd how they can come on while at rest, and wake me out of a deep sleep.

Of course, by the time I get up and come downstairs to get some mustard - I would have likely walked it off anyway.
But I'll keep that in mind

Tums for sure and always French's yellow mustard.

I never leave home without yellow mustard. A quick slug and cramps are gone. Completely gone! It’s amazing how good it works.

That’s why I like the mustard. Shelf stable. Nice long shelf life. Handles extreme temperature changes well. Not only can it save you from cramps, it can save a hotdog or ham sammy too!

lol, it is exactly that but I love it. My buddy gave it to me and I rarely fish without it
