What Are You Tying Today? 2026

#12 Shushan Postmaster-ish. Tying the pattern incorrectly short, small, and sparse for what I assume will be my last landlock attempts later in the week (if the fish are still moving).

Variation on Galloup’s Silk Kitty. Hoping it will work well for smallmouth. I have a problem in that I love tying streamers but I don’t fish them all that well/often - I have to work on that.

If I ever went to the Slide inn Fly shop I would have my wife and daughters stay in the car.

I also tie a lot of streamers that don’t often get fished by me. I always end up fishing the same easy to tie brown zonker streamer with rubber legs. Sometimes a white one.
