Someone should go down with a sawzall and cut that junk up and haul it the he'll out of there. It has no place on a sacred trout creek like Spring creek

I always assumed that they owned both sides of the creek, you're telling me they did that on public land?

As far as owners are concerned... Does anyone know who actually does own that land that the kayak course is built on? I would love to write some letters about that. I don't fish spring creek often, but when I rounded the corner and seen that monstracity overhanging the creek I was shocked. Something that ugly and in disrepair really doesn't have a place on such a stream as spring creek. I understand everyone shares the creek, but to actually build structure on it is out there IMO. At minimum they should atleast clean up the broken pieces, and possible paint or something, it looks terrible.
