Had the opportunity to go to Yellow Creek on Saturday. Conditions were excellent with the water being in great shape with a little color.
Grannoms, olives and crane flies were out but like most of my adventures so far this year no risers. We were able to pick up quite a few fish nymphing. I fished a shop vac fly for the first time and it lives up to its name for sure. Not many other fishermen on the water . Driving out the turnpike was fun as well as I saw zero troopers - I made it home in record time 🙂
