Fished at Allenberry from 0645 to 0815, water level, clarity and temp good but there was a lingering fog on the water. Started with a #14 Tan Caddis with a #18 wet ant dropper. Noticed a few Trico's in the water so I switched to a # 18 Tan Caddis with a #22 Black Al’s Trico for a dropper. It was much easier following the Caddis than squinting for the Trico. Brought 3 browns to hand on the Caddis and one Brown and one rainbow to hand on the Trico. A great way to start the day.
