I fished between the run and Allenbury this evening. There were some consistent risers but I had problems getting into them. I picked up one sucker and had a number of light strikes before finding a big ugly nymph in my box that they were willing hit a little harder. I ended up netting one bow and a few browns.
The insect activity was very minimal. I believe I saw a few cahills, sulphurs, and bwos.
I took the water temp when crossing above the confluence of the run. It was 71 there. Downstream, the water ranged from 69-70 on the side you fish from and was a pretty consistent 64 on the Allenbury side.
