Waters were still a bit high, and cloudy, but there was some good knee deep fishing on Creek Road just down from the Park on Leidigh.

around 6p a nice hatch of small whites, maybe #20's, and trout were striking at surface pretty good. I had three or four good solid bites in an hour or two, but couldn't land any - early season timing problem. . .LOL. . . I had bite no. 4 timed pretty good and the line tightened snug, but then my knot failed, and no. 4 got to keep a nice #20 white as a souvenir. . . .fish win again, but I got closer. . . .

Great temps, great way to spend a few hours before sundown. Hopefully things will lower and clear up in a bit.

Thanks for the report. I fish along that section at least once a week, in fact i caught my first trout right next the the Park on Leidigh. I almost always find myself focusing from the bridge right next to the park, excellent fishing in that little section, although you often have to battle the bait guys.
