After some local fishing in Maryland this morning, I headed with the lady to Yellow Breeches in south central PA. Even after a few evenings of rain this week, the stream was in good shape only slightly off color. The weather was great - Partly sunny and warm in the upper 80s. We caught some trout fishing midges on the surface. Karen wanted to break-in her new rod so she caught most of the fish, all browns but a few wild ones.

Beautiful fish... I'm familiar with the third one. I caught it about a month ago and noticed that chunk on its back. I wondered how it would do. Apparently, it's still hanging around. I really like the looks of that second wild brown... thanks for the updates!!!

Spent some time on YB today: water temp 63 degrees and LOTS of fishermen, especially outside the reg water. It looked like opening day this afternoon.
