I got to the stream at Allenberry around 5:30. Water was flowing good, temp was 59 degrees. Saw a few fish rising, however couldn't figure out what for. There was a few light colored mayflies, a little bit darker caddis and midges I think that is what they were. Still not very good at identifying whats what, being color blind doesn't help this process. Tried what I thought would match to no avail. So I went under and had 2 hookups but didnt get any to hand. Left at 8:30 when couldn't see to tie on anything else.
