I got out a little bit yesterday from about 11:15-12:30. Managed a few hookups on a sucker spawn and green weenie. Water was about 38 degrees. It was windy and partly sunny with not much bug activity. I only saw one rise but I didn't see anything flying around. My guess would be tiny, sporadic midges. Probably wasn't the best day to get out but any day on the water is great. Unless you see significant surface activity, stay sub-surface with small pheasant tails and zebra midges with the occasional egg pattern. I will try to hit maybe Big Spring or Letort next with the water being a little "warmer". Good luck and keep on tying for spring. Breeches
