Yellow Breeches, Cumberland Co, 7/9/2010

Fished from 0700 ‘till 0830, water was low, a little cloudy and about 66*. There were already a lot of cars at Allenberry when I got there but, I asked and was able to share my favorite hole with another FF’er. Not a lot of room but when the trico’s are on and you don’t have a lot of time ya’ have to make due. Had a good outing catching a half dozen browns on #22 Trico’s, #16 Caddis and one on a #14 beetle.

So that's what those little grey buggers were! I arrived at 6 and was the third car in the lot. I rolled 3 or 4 on a variety of caddis and adams. I netted a beautiful and girthy brown on an emerging caddis. A fun morning playing hooky.
