Spent the evening on the Breeches, anticipating some sulphurs. Managed a few nice browns on #14 pheasant tail nymphs. Did not see any mayfly activity at all besides what may have been a lone March Brown or Grey Fox. Approximately #12. A few trout were rising sporadically for the little tan caddis that were fluttering around, but that was it for surface activity. Grannoms and Hendricksons were pretty much a bust this year. Hoping these sulphurs get cranking soon. Regardless, it was a beautiful evening on the water, and I can never complain about that.
