Yellow Breeches, Cumberland Co., 4/2/17

Fished the Special Regs section downstream of Boiling Springs with my girlfriend Karen - 11:00 am until about 1:30 pm. Since it was Opening Weekend of trout season there was a lot of people fishing the open water around Boiling Springs (finding parking almost a challenge). Beautiful sunny day about 60 degrees had Caddis and rising fish everywhere. Fish very picky even with 6X. Not many looks on a size 16 elk hair with a black body. Had to change things up. I caught two, one on a #16 BWO and 1 on the #16 caddis. Karen took one on a #18 Adams.

Fish number one appears to be wild. Nice fish.

Yeah, been catching more wild fish in the Breeches, there always have been some though.
