Hit the Breeches today from about 11AM till 3PM. Water was up with a little color. The few fish I caught came on a hare's ear. One looked like a stream bred rainbow, 5" with par marks. Never caught a rainbow that small there. I fished almost the entire spl. regs area. Started where the "run" comes in, skipped the deep water and went below the dam and fished most of that water. It was the first time I ever fished that entire stretch without seeing another fisherman. Saw a very large tree top come crashing down onto the sewer line path. Glad I was 50 yds. upstream and nobody was walking by.
