3-28-24. It's something. Fished the Breeches for an hour or more and nothing. Eggs SanJuan Worm, blow torch, pheasant tail, walt's worm. Nothing. At 1 PM the black stoneflys came off and there were fish everywhere. Got a nice Bow and a brown. Hatch lasted maybe 45 minutes, maybe less.

Fished the upper breeches for about 1/2 hour prior to the eclipse. I landed 4 wild browns and had 2 others lightly hooked on a size 14 bead head pheasant tail. I was swinging it in slightly green colored water. Water is up but wadable with chest waders.
