Waited until the afternoon to get out on the water. Good flow and clear water.Saw birds working the stream so I knew bugs were on the water. Found a spot just below a series of riffles. Watched for rises, none at first but then saw fish coming up. A real heavy hatch of BWO’s was under way. I threw on a. Size 18 Mike Heck snowshoe emerger caught numerous fish including some nice size ones. As the rises slowed down i switched to size16 sulfur breadline and continued to catch fish. Had a real good afternoon.
