Fished the yellow breeches today . It was about 40 degrees today and the water was cold. The flow was up a little and crystal clear. I caught one brown about 12-14 inches on a 20 phesant tail nymph. There was some top water action going on , It looked like about a 20 bwo coming off with fish rising to take emergers. The guy a little upstream from me caught three on dries. Will try it again tomorrow
