West Valley Creek, Chester County 5-6-09

Fished west valley from 5:30- 7:30pm, went to a pool that usually holds a bunch of fish and there was nothing . Went up stream to some very slow water which i never fished and saw fish rising along the whole section. Threw a Gnat fly and had many rises, had three on and lost two. The one brown i caught was about 12 inches. It was good to get out a little bit after work.

That place has been getting hit hard. Glad to see there are still some left. I was looking around below the train bridge and saw one pretty good sized one among a few chubs.

Yeah it does theres guys that go 4 times a week and take their limit.
