Hi guys. Well today I got to fish two new areas (the one above and Bear Creek that flows into the West Fork of the San Gabriel, not the more publicized one in San Bernadino). Similar weather to my last report but much nicer scenary and fish. Had 50 or more on and landed maybe 35 or 40. All wild bows and all gorgeous. These fish were bigger than the East Fork and I think even prettier but I'll let you guys judge that. After about a mile or so the West Fork became strikingly similar to a PA mountain stream except it was full of rainbows instead of brookies. Once again I have some fish pictures. Enjoy, I know I did. (I have some scenary but I am not able to upload them.)
Tomorrow I'm being guided on the Santa Ana River over in the San Bernadino Mountains. Hopefully I'll get another report posted.
