Friday, Saturday, and Sunday fished the West branch of the Deleware River at various spots. Managed to catch 3 Browns one at 21" and two rainbows. Fished Sulphurs, Cahills, and Blue wing Olives.

You mean like floating in the water? I noticed some floating in the water Saturday evening near the hale Eddy bridge it was getting hung up on my fly occasionally......other then that not noticeable all weekend.

Maff,
Sounds like you did well.

What were conditions like: water flows, temps etc? Any hatches? We like to see info like this in our fishing reports. I added the county and date in the title line. For reports on waters in PA (or bordering PA) we ask for the county in the title line. Let me know if you only fished the NY section.
Thanks,
DaveW

Water temps were high 40's to low 50's. Water flows around 700 cfs which makes for fine wading conditions. Saw some decent sulphur hatches starting in the afternoon about 1pm until dark Friday and Saturday. Some random bugs here and there but nothing outstanding. I fished a ton of spots all on the West Branch from the Junction pool up to Dam Weir in deposit......

Im heading their in an hour will post report tuesday when I get back. Thanks for sharing.

Andy the slime was a factor a few weeks ago in the upper west but by all standards very fishable compared to previous years.

Was going to go but trying Yough instead. Hopefully pics and report to follow.
