Time Fished: 950am-1100am

Weather Conditions: 70 degrees & Sunny, light mist on water

Water Conditions: 50 degrees, mostly Clear, 930 cfs

Insects: BWO & ISO & a small darker spinner

It was dead. We never saw a rise. My fishing partner caught a rainbow and that was the only sign of a fish. I tried dries, streamers and I swung some wets. Never had a strike.

We left when the wind picked up and casting became difficult as a change pressure was coming.

Sound like the 50F water was the culprit.

Hope nobody is up there this week. Whole river will probably be over 70F by 5 pm today. NYC bungling the flow management as usual.

They should get together for beers with the guys that run FEW, the 2 groups have a lot in common
