On Saturday myself and a buddy drove to Deposite NY to fish the West Branch Special Regs section for our first time. We had a great time and the scenery was nice. The only problem was the constent cleaning of the leaders and flies from all the green junk that was floating down the river. My buddy caught a beautifull brownie and lost 2 others and i got skunked. Their was a good amount of anglers and not many were catching fish. In the after noon the Sulfers were in full swing emerging from the water bring some rises from the trout. It was a nice morning 61 air temps and water was 43, got up to 86 and water went up to 56. We'll be heading back up in August and looking forward to it. Also if you go don't forget to clean all your gear because Of Didymo alage.
