Fished the Embreeville area from about 830-1200. Water levels were high due to all the recent rain, and slightly off-color at about 74 degrees. Fished a clouser the whole time. Ended up with a half a dozen or so, the best being a beautiful 16 inch smallmouth that took on the end of the swing. A 6 weight is usually overkill for most fish in this stretch, but I needed all the backbone it had with this fish in the current. The tube, kayak and canoe hatch chased me off the water by noon.
