W. Branch Delaware River, Wayne Co. 10/8

Fished the West Branch 10/8, overcast, cool, and misty drizzle. Perfect day for olives, and they showed up as hoped for. Low water made it easy to reach most of the risers, and between my 16 year old and myself, we had steady action between 3 and 5 pm. Size 20 cdc emerger was the hot fly. Jr. landed his first Delaware 'bow, will post pics if I can get his phone off him.

Methodist camp downstream to bridge- decent amount of fisherman, but spread out pretty well.

Did you see any fish rising around the old bridge abutment on the NY side of the river?

There were fish working throughout the stretch, my son was fishing near the bridge abutment and got 1 decent brown, as well as a bunch of chubs.Best action for me was upstream in and below the riffle.
