First time out. 15 yr old son along. 49. Sunny. Water cold and slightly off color. Few BWO's coming off the water. Son picked this lovely 14" brown up. I got one around 9". Not bad for a few hours.

How about some more details? Fly used, landing style, the smile on his face, etc.? 🙂 That's a great fish on that stream or any stream. How long has he been fishing? Has eh caught many others?

Salmo - Good questions. Caught with an orange scud drifted in about 18" of water near some debris. Landed after a few minutes. It had a few runs it. He has been fly fishing for about 6 yrs now. He has traveled quite a bit with me to fish in PA, VT, WY, MT. He is pretty good at catching fish. Thanks for asking.
