Fished the upper end of Valley Creek and a bit in the park. 62-64 temp. Crystal clear. Fishing feeding on the surface.

Didn't catch a single one but it was a great afternoon/evening to be on the water.

Fished there a few weeks ago. Saw a ton of really nice trout but got skunked. Fish were very skidish and I guess I'm just not that stealthy lol

Yes, still under construction. Last I went upstream, it was from above the Turnpike Bridge all the way into the park. It does not hamper access for the most part but I have limited my fishing to the weekend because of the noise and muddy water.

On the other hand, the section below the covered bridge is really nice without all the cars racing by.

Fished Valley this evening. Still cold and clear. Several nice hatches. Looked to be small slates. One to hand, missed several others. Saw a very large one come straight out of the water. Had to be two feet in the air. Very cool.

No idea but they looked to be grey/light in color and I regularly catch fish at Valley on Grey Slates.
