Thats strange, I guess you got Bob when I got Sally. Well, here's to private time on Valley for the rest of the month! Actually, maybe hitting up all the super saturated ATWs holes instead. I heard theres alot of fish in them this time of year, and I see people every fishing them almost every evening for the past 2 weeks! No no no no, that is actually illegal.

You posted it. You own it. I don't see any difference in the two responses from the NPS; Bob and Sally have provided consistent answers in both responses. Valley is closed in the park. Fishing occurs in an open space, ergo, it is off-limits.
I'm extremely impressed someone managed to delude themselves into skirting the rules for a handful of 11" trout. Dude knew what he was doing was skirting the intent of the park closing the entire time he was doing it, then attempting to rationalize it here over semantics.

No point in crowding any stream right now. PA has thousands of trout streams. Spread out, no reason at all for people to be piling into a stream in a park that is clearly closed.

As you know, we encourage fishing reports. Valley Creek is a favorite of many of our regulars and there are undoubtedly many of us who would like to fish it right about now.
We're not casting aspersions on anyone who seeks to get outside and fish under the constantly changing and unprecedented conditions currently in place.
Resolved that, for now, the best information is that fishing Valley Creek, at least in the park, is off limits.
