Valley Creek 5/11/07 and Brandywine Creek 5/13/07

Fished VC above the metal bridge from 2-6pm on Friday. Saw some little brownies taking midges off top and also some some bigger guys under the 76 overpass smaking something on top. Got about six hits but didn't catch anything.


Fished Brandywine DHALO section from 2-5pm and got one 12" stocked brownie on a #16 bead head PT. The fish was pretty but its fins were ugly and all torn up.

PS While fishing the Brandywine there was an older guy in his 50s or so that was putting on a clinic for young fisherman like me. He literally caught about 6-8 fish in 20 minutes. It was a humbling experience to say the least.
