Sometimes my black UV resin remains tacky even after a fairly long dose of UV flashlight. Can I put them inside of my house on a windowsill?

Take them outside for 30 minutes on a sunny day. That's how I cure Loon UV on wader leaks. UV from the sun can't always shine through modern window glass.
