Upper Pine Creek Tioga County 6/21/13

Fished the last 1.5hr of light last night on Upper Pine. Fish rising steady. Caught plenty on a size 14 BWO variant. Water was 67 degrees. With the next couple days of heat Pine might be done until fall unless we get some cooler weather & rain :-(

How much distance is there between where you are fishing Upper Pine and its head waters? The entirety of its length gets hot if it is 90 degrees and no rain for a while?

12-15 miles

As long as the nights are cool upper Pine will be fine. Those warm nights above 65 hurt. The West Branch was pumping water in mid to high 40's last week.
